Customer Payment Capture

Complete all fields before entering the billing details for the customer. These will be used by Finance to identify what the payment is for and which department it belongs to.

NEVER WRITE DOWN OR RECORD CUSTOMER PAYMENT DETAILS.

As payment details can’t be recorded, the customer should be on the phone at the time of payment. The payment portal may also prompt for two factor authentication via 3D secure, which requires live customer input.
